The Service primarily collects email addresses when users purchase a Pro Version license or make inquiries. We also collect Machine IDs for the purpose of license activation. Furthermore, we may collect information regarding transaction records and payments from our partners, such as payment gateway providers.
Article 3 (Handling of License Activation Information)
To activate a Pro Version license for the Software, you will need to provide the following information. The Software itself will not automatically transmit this information to any external parties without your permission.
- Information to be Acquired: Machine ID (an ID for anonymously identifying your computer).
- Method of Acquisition: We acquire the Machine ID when you provide it to us via email after purchasing a license.
- Purpose of Use: To identify you as a legitimate license user and to issue a license key corresponding to the provided Machine ID.
- Provision to Third Parties: The provided Machine ID will not be supplied to third parties, except as required by law.
- Necessity of Provision: Your provision of the Machine ID is mandatory to activate the Pro Version license.
Article 4 (Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information)
The purposes for which the Service collects and uses personal information are as follows:
- For the issuance, provision, and management of Pro Version license keys.
- To prevent unauthorized use and to ensure the proper operation of license activation.
- To respond to inquiries from users (including identity verification).
- For analyzing the usage of our website to improve our services and develop new features.
- To comply with laws and regulations and to respond as necessary.
- For purposes incidental to the above purposes.
Article 5 (Provision to Third Parties)
